Job Description

We are working with an exciting client based in the North East to recruit an Assistant payroll manager to lead and support the Payroll Manager and a team of Payroll Administrators. The company are in an exciting period of growth and this is a really excitingtime to join this group of companies.This is an office based role, but there maybe some opportunity for hybrid workingKey Duties/Tasks:

  • Processing end to end payroll for a head office payroll circa 1000
Liaising with colleagues and competently dealing with queriesSupporting the payroll manager and conducting appraisals, 121s as well as providing mentoring and coaching to the team.Desirable skills and attributes:
  • Experienced in the full end to end process of payroll
