You can join a team of some of some of the best support workers in the Country at The Bridge Care.The Bridge is on a mission to create the worldsbestspecialist support setting for people with learning disabilities, autism and uniquely complex needs in a lovely purpose-built home. What sets us apart is ouroutstanding teamandthe drive we all have to make a real difference to vulnerable peoples lives, especially for those whom others have struggled to successfully support. The team wants dedicated Support Workers that genuinely enjoy changing peoples lives for the better.We offer:

  • £9.70 per hour whilst on probation + paid 3 weeks training
  • £10 after a years service or at managers discretion
  • £10.30 per hour (after probation) for Lead Support Workers
  • up to £11.05 per hour for Senior Support Workers
  • Additional core benefits including refer a friend bonus scheme (£250), monthly employment awards, free fruit and snacks, access to hardship loans and cycle to work scheme and more.
  • Comprehensive specialist training in autism, positive behavioural support, epilepsy, ARC Physical Intervention and medication administration. All staff are supported fully to complete their care certificate.
  • Full time roles - 40 hours, 28hr Part-time roles
  • Opportunity for overtime
  • 28 days annual leave including bank holidays and an extra days annual leave on us for your birthday!
  • Opportunities for progression and career development to suit your own aspirations such as £10 per hour (after probation) for Lead Support Workers and up to £10.30 per hour for Senior Support Workers.
