Job Description

We’re supporting their search for a skilled and experienced Technical Sales Coordinator to join their growing internal sales team.This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual that has the desire to develop a dynamic and technical internal sales career.Our client is a leader in the niche industry that is polyurethane products and is the only UK supply and designer in some products used by high-profile manufacturing companies. After 60 years in business, they are not slowing down in terms of growth, butalso in their evolution of manufacturing technology, new ways of working and servicing their diverse range of clients.The role’s primary function will be to support and help develop the sales team by working of different tasks with different team members. You’ll be working closely with the external sales representative team, providing support to ensure delivery excellenceto clients.Our client’s product range is hugely extensive, so you’ll be given the training and development time to learn and perfect your product knowledge. You will not be expected to know everything by the end of your probation!The role is highly varied, so perfect for someone who likes to get stuck in and keep the duties of their job interesting and fresh. This role has the potential to progress into more responsibility, either into a leadership role or external sales, shouldthis be something you desire.Key Responsibilities:• Primary support to external sales representatives

  • Organise samples
  • Carry out visit report actions
  • Provide stock position updates
• Progress projects with the Sales Administration Manager
  • Pricing structures
  • Create and maintain company documentation and branding
  • Create standard operation procedures
  • Create and develop sales policies
  • Prepare data reports and presentations
  • Process and roll out customer price adjustments
• Quote creation• Quote accurate lead times in collaboration with manufacturing team• Follow up lead quotation• Process orders and monitor deliveries• Updating customers with order status reports• Technical support and advice to customer enquiries• Build relationships with customers to ensure repeated business• Data accuracy for CRM inputKey Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Good computer literacy
  • Manufacturing/Engineering experience – desired, not necessary
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Works in a methodical manner with an excellent eye for detail
  • Good organisational skills
