Time for Santa to bring you a new Career Office Manager Needed! £30k + BENSThe ClientICS has been instructed to find an experienced and confident individual to join a well-respected Estate Agency based in the beautiful Fulham office. They support all staff members who walk through their doors encouraging personal and career development.The Ideal CandidateFirst impressions always matter, you will be the core of the office and must take pride in being the go-to person for all internal and external customers. You must be meticulous in your presentation, innovative when problem-solving and have the determination to finish each task to the highest standard.The superstar that our client is looking for must have previous work experience working within an administrative role and someone who is looking to take the next step in their forever career. You must be a strong communicator, be a natural problem solver, can motivate and encourage a positive work culture, and finally want to make a difference in this ever-growing Estate Agency.Your meaningful duties will include;

  • Greeting and assisting visitors when they enter the office, maintaining an impeccable level of customer service at all times
  • Creating a pleasant and effective work environment being the main point of contact in the office, ensuring the office is always well maintained and presentable
  • Answering any incoming calls/emails and re-routing them to the relevant parties
  • General administrative duties within the office and assisting the directors where necessary
  • Keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and organising induction programmes for new employees
