Job Description

My client is one of the UKs largest supplier of retail-based hand car washes; and is the sole supplier to Tesco for their national hand car wash portfolio. My clientis a privately-owned family business with more than 260 franchised sites operating in theUK and contracts in place to continue opening new sites at a rate of around 30 per year. The company prides itself on it ethical and responsible values that underpin every part of the business and every relationship (internal and external).This role will be to provide efficient sales administration support to the Sales Teamyour main duties will be researching and contacting possible leads, posting and monitoring social media ads and supporting the Franchise Sales Manager.08:30 - 17:30Start date - ImmediatelyDuration - One monthMonday - FridaySome working from home flexibility, would also consider part time applicants as well.A little of what you will be doing:-Handling phone calls, answering incoming calls, taking messages-Managing calls and distributing around the officeSales administrationo Phone calls: Take initial calls and record details, send out packs Research potential new FPs and cold call them with the aim of booking meetings for the Franchise Sales Managero Enquiries and meetings Process social media, email and website enquiries Process assessment forms and book recruitment meetingsKey Attributes: Must be well organised Good EXCEL / WORD / POWERPOINT skills Excellent English language and communication skills Excellent attention to detail Polite and confident telephone manner Willing to learn Preferably some sales experience, but not necessary Flexibilitythe applicant needs to be a flexible team player as we are a small company Discretion
