Job Description

Nurse Seekers are proud to working on behalf of a lovely family run nursery who are looking to employ a Qualified Room Leader based close their setting in Fulham, London that is rated Outstanding by Ofsted. The Room Leader must be passionate, experiencedand ambitious to provide young children the best early years education in a wonderfully stimulating environment where they can learn and grow.Key aspects of this role will include:

  • To work as an effective member of the nursery team delivering flexible, high quality education and care that meets the needs of the young children and their families
  • Be passionate about creating an environment where children can develop and learn.
  • To monitor assess and mentor the staff within your team, and to organise the efficient deployment of staff throughout the day to ensure that the activities and routine promote the childrens best outcomes.
  • Fully meet the diverse needs of every child.
  • Demonstrate a high regard for safeguarding
  • Have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Must hold a Level 3 Qualification in Early Years or equivalent
  • Extensive knowledge of EYFS framework and its requirements
  • Work with the Nursery SENDCO for any child that may need extra support
