Job Description

Job TitleADMINISTRATION ASSISTANTSalary - £25-30k DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCELocationSW6HoursMONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9AM TO 5PM IN THE OFFICEAbout the roleCustomer focused, office-based Practice Administrator required, to support clients and staff in a busy Chartered Accountant and Tax Advisory Practice. The role requires good communication and organisation skills, to be able to work with clients and internalstaff efficiently. Confident phone manner and a good team player is essential to succeed in the role.Responsibilities will include: First point of contact for client queries over the telephone. Welcome and greet clients and provide refreshments when required. Deal with the daily post, in a timely manner, distributing to staff and externally. Maintain the office, including upkeep of fixtures and fittings. Liaise with the Property Management team to ensure faults are dealt with promptly. Liaise with 3rd part suppliers where appropriate, e.g., confidential waste, electricians. Maintain and update company CRM, Tax software and other systems regularly. Order and maintain office supplies. Provide a secretarial and administrative role to support the Practice. Maintain in-house databases. Assist with invoicing duties.About You Good communicator with strong organisation skills. Confident phone manner. Self-motivated with a desire to get the job done. Hard-working, conscientious, and dependable. Team player as well as ability to work individually.
