Job Description

Luxury Travel Consultant experienced in Ski required for successful Travel company based in south west London. Arranging private travel for vips CEOs, and high touch clientele offering a first class concierge service. Seeking someone whohas experience with flexibility for the client as well as Travel knowledge around private high end/ Luxury Travel accommodations around the world and an interest in ski and the ability to build trust and rapport with your clients. This exciting position doesntrequire specific systems knowledge but previous experience of arranging luxury accommodation Ceos or similar would be key. Starting salary £25-28k with an OTE or £32-38k depending on ability Plus excellent benefits.Luxury Travel Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of VIP and high touch clients booking their Luxury ski accommodations and sometimes Luxury villas
  • Build relationship with clients based on trust to provide a first class service for their personal travel arrangements
  • Recommend and book luxury accommodation in a number of ski resorts around the world and on occasion make villa recommendations too
  • Matching each clients detailed needs with suitable accommodation options.
  • Provide high level of service to high-spending clientele optimising excellent communication throughout the clients experience from quotation to return of travel
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of Luxury products on the companys portfolio
  • Maximise revenue making sure everything is thought of for the clients trip
Luxury Travel Consultant Skills and Experience:
  • Strong background in luxury travel dealing with VIP clients either for a luxury tour operator or concierge service.Luxury Travel reservations experience from either a PA, concierge service, tour operator or even someone with Luxury property rental background
  • Must be articulate and well written with experience of drafting emails to affluent clientele
  • Service driven
  • High level of communication and the ability to build rapport
  • High attention to detail
Pure Luxury Travel Consultant Additional lnfo:
  • Salary up to 28k with an OTE of up to 38k!
