Job Description

The Creative Operations team of Creadits is where the rubber meets the road. Our clients enter into ongoing contracts for creative production. The contracts require that Creadits delivers timely, high quality creatives that meet both their volume and outcomeexpectations, every month, without fail.A smoothly operating Creative Operations team is vital to ensure Creadits growth. You are responsible for delivering our contractual promises - innovative and best-in-class ad creatives for our clients, on time. When you are successful, you can expect clientsto increase their account size, leading to positive account growth.You achieve this by bringing performance marketing/user acquisition acumen, production discipline and a deep understanding of the gaming industry and its advertising needs. You have the ability to perform your role in a flexible, ever-changing environmentand must be open to new influences and inspiration.Ongoing clients are a diverse category of clients that accompass games, apps and e-commerce. These companies may be in an earlier phase of growth and look to us for marketing and user acquisition advice as well as creative insight, ideation and production.You know how to deeply motivate and excite the clients, and inspire a team of vendor partners (hubs) by sharing ideas and developing effective solutions to generate multiple creative concepts.You are exacting with delivery schedules. Above all, you will make the most of every opportunity to develop breakthrough creative, consistent with the clients brand, and be able to take and provide clear direction and creative feedback that pushes workforward.You will play a key role in the production of creative assets, including video production and general creative production with our hubs. You will be responsible for executions that exceed the expectations of our clients.With a deep knowledge and passion for user acquisition, gaming and engaging advertising,you will inspire our clients to see creative opportunities and drive a results-centricpoint of view.What YoullDo:

  • Provide growth insights and media buying strategies
  • Engage and excite the clients
  • Foster streamlined and efficient workstreams with hubs to reduce friction and rework, with the singular focus on timely delivery
  • Responsible for understanding the strategic objectives of the clients business and creating marketing goals from such objectives that are technically sound, feasible and timely.
  • Using your experience and knowledge of marketing and user acquisition, to guide the teams tocreate specific creative strategiesthat both resonate with clients as well as deliver results
  • Serve as a thought-leader to the clients for creative insights, synthesizing trends and identifying opportunities
Who you are:

Experience you bring:
  • 10+ years experience inuser acquisition, marketing
  • Experience leading brand, content, and communication design experience, with substantial exposure to a wide variety of disciplines and channels including online and offline advertising, video, social and interactive multimedia to amplify brand strategy andstorytelling
  • Strong digital and social media campaign experience.
  • Able to work well under pressure and deadlines.
  • Comfortable with team-based work structure; ability to remain flexible to change within the work environment and scope of responsibility.
