Community Shop Managers£25,454 per annum including London Weighting( £13.05 per hour)37.5 hours per week including some Saturdays and SundaysPermanentFulham, LondonClosing date: 01 July 2022 at 11.30pmDo you want a role that puts you in the heart of the local community Do you want the unique opportunity to have control of the creative merchandising within the store you manageOur Fulham Shelter shop is looking for an enthusiastic Shop Manager who will hold a rare opportunity to truly shape the community shop you will manage.Your role will be varied and challenge you but will provide stimulating and satisfying work. Our Community Shop Managers do not have a typical day, because they are continually seeking different opportunities to engage with the local community and increasetheir shops contribution to Shelters cause. This could be through local community links, such as with other retailers, schools, churches or the local food bank.You will develop and encourage your own and your teams interest and passion in merchandising the shop to attract customers and donors through the door, as well as continually developing the teams knowledge of who Shelter are and what we do.
