There is an exciting opportunity for a deputy manager to join the team of a fast expanding British retailer based in York, specialised in ladies, men and kidswear collections.The deputy manager will be responsible for supporting the store manager driving the business, setting up monthly targets and leading the team to achieve sales results, ensuring that customers have the best experience in store. The role will also be involvedin all the operational tasks, including opening and closing tills.If you have previous experience managing a team within a customer service focused environment, with the ability to inspire by being a brand ambassador and you are passionate about fashion retail, you might be the right fit for this role.The salary pays up to £26,000.00 plus bonus, along with a generous benefit package including dental care, healthcare, pension scheme, 50% store discount and uniform allowance.
