Job Description

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Frome, who are actively seeking to engage a Graduate Engineering Project Manager to join on a permanent basis.What you will be doing:You will be working with the Senior Engineering team working with their processing machinery, building and utilities. Learning as you go, you will experience various aspects of s complex FFMG site.

  • Good engineers understanding is important (mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, automation) assist with breakdowns.
  • Need to be conscientious with details and notes as we are dealing with various projects at the same time.
What you will need to succeed:
  • Degree or masters degree in engineering (Advance mechanical, automation, energy, chemical) or equivalent.
  • Confidence dealing with people and contractors.
What you will receive in return:
  • Salary: £26,500, rising to £32,000 pr annum over next 12 months
  • Site-based Monday to Friday 08.30AM to 17.30PM - additional hours as required.
  • Company pension 6% employer contribution
