Job Description

World Class Manufacturing FacilitatorAre you someone who is passionate about Operation Excellence, Change Management and Continuous ImprovementAt Isover we are looking for a World Class Manufacturing Facilitator to work in our Senior Leadership Team, helping to deliver and drive the World Class Manufacturing journey for the Isover Runcorn site. The World Class Manufacturing Facilitator will be able to influence and train people in using the Continuous Improvement and Lean manufacturing tools toensure systems and people improvements across the site.The World Class Manufacturing Facilitator will be a key part of a Senior Leadership team on site, interacting with the Plant Manager, Engineering Manager, Production Manager, working right through the operation and production teams, really implementing changewith your coaching mentality and bags of effort and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.   • A strong understanding and awareness of people management, change management and behavior management within a manufacturing / production environment
  • Experience of taking a manufacturing business from foundation level of its Continuous Improvement journey to world class level
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous priorities
  • Excellent communication and the ability to influence and manage across a matrix organisation.
  • Experience in the training of World Class Manufacturing /Continuous Improvement tools and techniques.
  • Experience in manufacturing, or process engineering, or technical project management, with a good understanding of factory organization.
What you will be doing:
  • To actively support the continuous improvement culture and Operational Excellence activities across Saint Gobain Interior Solutions.
  • Works with the Saint Gobain Interior Solutions factory and improvement teams in their deployment of World Class Manufacturing (WCM), actively participates and leads site improvement activities to the required standards of rigor and pace.
  • Champions WCM throughout the site operational teams.
  • Supports the Operational Excellence Facilitator in the training and coaching of individuals in their effective deployment of WCM.
  • Working with the Central Operations teams at Head office to coordinate plans and to help drive the set program across the business.
