Our aim is to enrich our clients lives through exceptional care, inspired by a commitment to clinical excellence.City & county healthcare are recruiting for passionate care assistants that strive to deliver the best quality of care to support our client based in Kelsall, Cheshire area.I am a much loved, gentle, twinkly eyed young lady in my mid twenties living in my own beautifully adapted bungalow in Cheshire.I am a smiley, splendidly sensory being with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities and complex Epilepsy, I use a wheelchair and am non verbal.I am seeking passionate, pro active Personal Assistants to join my committed circle of support comprising of a small team who work closely and creatively with my family. Together they provide me with both a bespoke life that is truly meaningful to me andan outstanding standard of care in a friendly fun environment.I have my own vehicle and enjoy a varied week filled with purpose and positivity, Currently I spend most of my days at home and I love to fill my days with foot spas, music therapy, aromatherapy, physiotherapy, spending time in my garden and discoveringdifferent sensory based experiences.I am looking for someone to help enable me to continue with my current programme as well as having the enthusiasm to encourage me to try new things.My team are also responsible for supporting me with all aspects of daily life, including personal care, cooking, administering medication, domestic duties, shopping etc.Experience in supporting people with similar needs, an understanding of person centred practice and intensive interaction would be wonderful but isnt crucial as full training and supervision is provided and ultimately it is more important that you possessthe core values and personality traits that are necessary for the role. Kindness and compassion are key!You will need to be empathetic, a true team player, have excellent communication skills and be comfortable in making decisions and using your initiative.I am looking for a caring, conscientious individuals, who are happy to work 12 hour shifts including nights, 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am, Reliability and punctuality are important.You will be someone who is cheerful, respectful, patient and someone who wants to make a real difference, Ideally will be a driver and preferably also a non smoker.Do you want to start a career in careNo experience No worries!Our clinical teams will provide you with hands-on training and develop all the skills you need to deliver quality care right from day one.
