We are offering both full time and part time opportunities to passionate and committed individuals to join thereexpanding, supportive team working in children`s residential services.What the role will involveThis role will involve leading and mentoring a small team of highly trained and experienced Positive Behaviour Support Workers to ensure compliance and the effective day to day running of the home is up to company standards. You will also be a huge part ofthe children`s every day activities, support and overall wellbeing. No 2 days or nights will be the same. The main duties will be assisting the behaviour team with the children`s positive care support plans, helping the children and young people of the homemeet their personal care and needs, supporting with everyday activities and encouraging independence, What we are looking for" Having a compassionate and understanding nature" Can work as part of a team and lead a tean" Exceptional time management skills" Flexibility, and be able to adapt to different situations" To be self-motivated and committed to the role" Experience of working with people who have autism, an intellectual disability and/or who present with behaviours of concern." Hold a Level 4 in Children and Young People`s Workforce (Social Care) or equivalent, or a willingness to work towards a relevant children`s qualification."
