This is a great opportunity to work with a new and growing business where you can undertake an immensely fulfilling role with huge earning potential, but also to grow a career with training and development offered to progress a career in the Financial Servicesindustry if you so wish.The company have nice working offices in Frodsham but can also offer a hybrid working environment allowing you to work from home after an initial training period.The company are a new Financial Services offering looking to lead the way, backed by an established Financial Services business.The company has ambitious growth plans and believes that it is the right product, for the right market at the right timeThe business is built on reputation holding a 5 star standard across the board and the team hold those service values and customer at the heart of everything they do.The RoleThey are recruiting a lead manager to assist with the allocation of new business and the management of the new business pipeline.You will be commissioned and rewarded well, having genuine realistic OTE of 50k-£60k which is uncapped.You will be the first representative of the business, the first voice they hear and the person that will ensure they have a good experience during their time with the business.You will foster a strong relationship with advisors and having a can-do attitude would enable you to succeed within the industry.You would be developed to assisting clients in the right direction for them to receive the right advice, first time.A personal approach is loved by all of our clients all over the UK.
