Appointment to join a small busy finance team. The Purchase Ledger Assistant will process purchase ledger invoices for multiple businesses including construction and property businesses.Client DetailsWe are working with an award winning business in the Frodsham area who are seeking to employ a new Purchase Ledger due to internal promotions.Description* Purchase ledger Invoice processing for multiple businesses on Sage* Expense claim processing on monthly basis* Credit card posting and reconciliation on monthly basis* Communication with suppliers and queries resolution.* Responsible for supplier statement reconciliations* Preparation of supplier payments on weekly/monthly basis.* General housekeeping within the finance function* Ad-hoc job-related tasks as and when requested* Preparation of management accountants for small businesses and providing support to finance team in the month end processes such as bank reconciliation, posting journals and updating balance sheet reconciliations.Profile* Experience of Sage Line 50* Competent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office applications.* Good team player* Strong Administrative skills* Attention to detail.Job Offer
