Job Description

This growing consultancy company is recruiting for an accounts payable assistant on a permanent hybrid basis, working part office / part home. This company is based in Frodsham, has free onsite parking, hybrid working and flexible working hours.Client DetailsOur client is a leading consultancy provider who have grown significantly over the past 2 years. Due to new acquisitions they are now growing their accounts payable team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global company, working2 days from home 3 days in the office per week and flexible on working hours.Description

  • Maintaining companys purchase ledger
  • Reconciling supplier accounts to statements and processing payment
  • Ensuring all documents are processed on time and fully completed
  • Liaising with internal management and external customers
  • Assisting with close down of Purchase ledger at month end
Profile
  • An accomplished AP professional with a minimum of 2 years current AP experience in a fast-paced commercial setting
  • Knowledgeable in a Procure to Pay / PO based AP environment
  • Experienced in processing employee expenses
  • Experienced in processing business credit cards
Job Offer
  • Permanent
  • £24,000 - £25,000
  • Company pension scheme, 5% employee contribution and 3% company contribution
  • Life Assurance of 4 x basic salary
  • Hybrid working, upon completing of training which will be provided in the offices
  • Closure between Christmas and New year that is discretionary leave and stat leave.
  • 3pm finish on your birthday, if it falls on a weekday

  • After 3 months service, 4 weeks company sick pay per calendar year
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay.
  • Office hours are 8 - 4 or 9-5, with a 1hr lunch break.
