Job Description

Working within the Digital Marketing Team you will be involved with the planning, development and implementation of the companys content, email, and social media marketing strategies. The role will require you to create content, share across multiple channels and measure the results of your activities around specific business goals and objectives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working on the website blogging strategy, researching and developing new content ideas
  • Producing relevant content in-line with business guidelines and copywriting best practices
  • Growing the company’s social media subscriber base
  • Working on the company’s organic social approach; daily management of the social media channels, and following best practices
  • Helping to drive traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion
  • Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns
  • An understanding of SEO, content categorisation and structure, content development, distribution, and measurement
  • Working with all creative resources including designers, agency partners and 3rd party software providers
  • Working with the team to follow the company promotional calendar, being involved in campaign preparation
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns
  • Producing internal and external communications
  • Understanding the basics of data analysis
  • Woking alongside the paid advertising team (PPC)
  • Ideal Candidate:
  • Degree or equivalent working experience (may include apprenticeships)
  • Excellent time-management
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills
  • Copywriting
  • Ability to analyse and produce reports (comfortable with data & numbers)
  • Understanding how to manage priorities
  • Requires a brand publisher mindset: create the content the audience is looking for and then optimise the path to conversion
