What the role will involveThis is an exciting and fun career opportunity for an innovative, driven, outgoing people manager to guide a team of individuals providing leadership, support and supervision and be partly responsible for the running and efficiency of the home guiding themto the give correct positive , engaging and responsive service for autistic young people. You will be working as part of a team alongside others professionals including an dedicated Registered Manager- who you will be reporting to, 2 senior support workers(3 at capacity) and a Positive Behaviour team and therapists. This role will enable the right candidate to thrive and progress within this career path.This is a 6 bedded service near Kingsley and Frodsham which supports children with autism and a range of complex behaviours.What we are looking for" Proven background of working in a management role within a residential service for young people with autism/ learning disabilities."
