An amazing opportunity has come up for a Deputy Home Manager to join a specialist team at our registered childrens home set within rural Cheshire. What the role will involveThis is an exciting and fun career opportunity for an innovative, driven, outgoing people manager to guide a team of individuals providing leadership, support and supervision and be partly responsible for the running and efficiency of the home guiding themto the give correct positive , engaging and responsive service for autistic young people. You will be working as part of a team alongside others professionals including an dedicated Registered Manager- who you will be reporting to, 2 senior support workers(3 at capacity) and a Positive Behaviour team and therapists. This role will enable the right candidate to thrive and progress within this career path.This is a 6 bedded service near Kingsley and Frodsham which supports children with autism and a range of complex behaviours.What we are looking for" Proven background of working in a management role within a residential service for young people with autism/ learning disabilities."
