We are offering both full time and part time opportunities to passionate and committed individuals to join thereexpanding, supportive team working in children`s residential services.What the role will involveThis role will involve contributing and being part of the children`s every day life , activities, support and overall wellbeing. No 2 days or nights will be the same. The main duties will be assisting the behaviour team with the children`s positive care supportplans, helping the children and young people of the home meet their personal care and needs, supporting with everyday activities and encouraging independence, What we are looking for" Having a compassionate and understanding nature" Can work as part of a team" Exceptional time management skills" Flexibility, and be able to adapt to different situations" To be self-motivated and committed to the role" Experience of working with people who have autism, an intellectual disability and/or who present with behaviours of concern." Hold a Level 3 in Children and Young People`s Workforce (Social Care) or equivalent, or a willingness to work towards a relevant children`s qualification."
