Due to an increase in the demand for products we now have the opportunity to support our client in finding the right person for their current Administration and Accounts vacancy. If you are a hardworking team player who is dynamic and not afraid to use your own initiative on a daily basis then this could be the opportunity for you!Based in the rural area of Frodsham in new and modern offices you will be joining a busy, dynamic and hardworking small team. Each team member provides key support to Senior Management playing a vital role in the growth of the companyKey Duties* Liaising and communicating well with external accounts department based in Italy regarding invoice queries and payments* Data entry of invoice details onto in-house ERP system* Dealing with customer queries/orders via telephone and email providing excellent customer service* Handling supplier orders and queries * Organise and sort stock equipment ready to be sent out (small items)* Provide full administration and accounts support to Senior Management with the hope of bringing the accounts function internally * Office management i.e stock replenishment, general administration procedures, keeping files and documents up to date* Providing ad-hoc duties as and when requiredSkills desired* Min of 1-2 years experience working within a similar role* Can do team player attitude - small team so everyones input is vital* Excellent communicator with strong customer service skills* Good organisational and accuracy* Ability to use own initiative Benefits & Package* 24 days holiday plus BH* Nest Pension* Performance related bonus* Some flexibility on working hours* Onsite parking and modern officesIf you have the desired skills and feel like this could be the right role for you then please do get in touch immediately to discuss your application Required skills
