Beaumont Manor Care Home is looking to appoint a Care Assistant, who will work alongside our empathetic and trustworthy care specialists.Our private, luxurious facility offers premium Residential, Dementia & Respite care for up to 68 residents.As Care Assistant your main responsibility will be to provide personal care for each resident, attending to their needs by recognising and facilitating the personal requirements of each resident.Care Assistant Contract £10.00 per hour Contracted to 33/44hrs per week Pension 5.6 weeks annual leave Paid DBS Uniform provided Onsite parkingIdeally, we are looking for our Care Assistants to have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.Understandably, you may not have the required experience / qualifications, so we do expect you to have transferable skills and a genuine interest working with the elderly.One of the key platforms already introduced by our Home Manager is a robust training programme and further investment to support our existing staff.
