Job Description

D&A are looking for a Restuarant Supervisor to join the team at the Golden Boar in Freckenham near Newmarket. The venue is a traditional fresh food pub on the outskirts of Newmarket serving a mixture of traditional English meals and specials. Ideally you will have experience supervising a team in a hospitality environment.Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Organising the team and ensuring smooth service

Delivery of great customer service

Self-motivated and able to lead a team

Able to deal with customers in a polite and friendly manner

Able to remain calm under pressure and problem solve
