Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for an Experienced Multi Trade Repairs and Maintenance person to join our team based in a secure unit in Derby. This is a full-time role from Monday to FridayAs a Multi Trade Joiner, you will play a crucial role in carrying out building repairs, maintenance to provide a better working space for your colleagues.Key Responsibilities:

Execute building repairs to the highest standards of quality with attention to detail.
Work on single-site programmed repairs and refurbishment projects, such as joinery repairs, basic plumbing repairs and general maintenance to the building and staff rest areas within.
Ensure all works are completed Right First Time.

Requirements:

Proven experience in several repairs and maintenance disciplines.
NVQ or equivalent qualification in Joinery.
