Exciting career opportunity with Truma Limited Customer Services Advisor Job overview:Truma Ltd are seeking a vibrant, dynamic and enthusiastic individual to work as a Customer Services Advisor within our busy, friendly customer service team based in South Derbyshire. The Truma Customer Service Team work consistently to ensure our service level standards are exceptional within the caravan & motorhome industryOur company:Truma are a Global award-winning company manufacturing systems for motorhomes and caravans with innovative and pioneering technology. The first caravan heater was developed by Truma in Germany and over 70 years later we remain in family ownership.Your position:We are looking for a team member to join our busy, fast paced and challenging department who understands the concept of offering excellent customer service at all levels and can demonstrate the following attributes

  • Can do, adaptable and empathetic attitude.
  • People person, with the ability to work in a small dedicated team
  • Enthusiasm, drive and motivation
  • An ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent telephone and listening skills, able to deal confidently with all level of customer enquiries.
  • The ability to process and input information accurately and quickly
  • Good knowledge of excel and word. SAP knowledge would be an advantage but not essential

  • Full time position initial 12 month contract with a possible view to a permanent contract
  • Working hours : Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.00 with an hours break
