An exceptional new instruction from an established manufacturing client and key employer within the area to join their Master Data Team.For this particular position, there is some flexibility on the ideal candidate and our client is happy to consider applications from individuals with less experience, but who could grow into the role.For example, if you have extensive experience on the analytics side, then this position isn’t for you. We are however, searching for someone with more experience inputting data, rather than analysing data, so if you have a good understanding /experienceworking with ERP systems, or product lifecycle management systems, other product manufacturing processes perhaps, we would very much like to hear from you.Snapshot of the duties:You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity and quality of master data within the SAP system your main responsibilities include:Data Governance: developing and implementing data governance policies, standards, and procedures for maintaining accurate and consistent master dataData Quality Management: ensuring data accuracy, completeness and consistency across different SAP modules and systemsData Maintenance: creating, updating, and maintaining master data records in SAP, including customer, vendor, and material dataData Integration: collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of master data across various business processes and systemsData Analysis & Reporting: analysing master data trends, identifying data quality issues, and generating reports to support decision makingData Compliance: ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to master data managementProcess Improvement: continuously improving data management processes and implementing best practises to enhance data quality and efficiencyPackage Highlights:Full time permanent/hybrid 50:50 office and homeAttractive basic salary depending on level experience37 hours per weekAll employee discretionary bonus scheme9% matched pension contributionHealthshield/Medical/Health cash back scheme24 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays plus you can buy/sell up to 3 days per annumStart date required asap.Qualifications:Experience with ERP system, master data management system, product lifecycle management system, manufacturing system.Any experience with consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing, or other product manufacturing process or processes considered beneficial.Good problem solving capabilitiesStrong numeracy skillsDemonstrated communication skills (written and oral)Strong interpersonal skills required to influence key decision makers within the business functions supported regarding master data within the companyProficient in Microsoft Office, (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)Full clean driving licenceIf you would like to be considered for this position, please email an up to date CV asap and potentially suitable applicants will be contacted asap.Recruitment Solutions (Folkestone) Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
