Secondary History Teacher - Folkestone

  • Start Date: 2nd January 2024
  • Salary: £154.00 to £239.00 per day - PAYE (In line with your current pay scale)
Academics have been approached by a school in Folkestone who require a teacher of History to join them from 2nd January 2024 until the end of the academic year. There is a strong possibility this period will be extended into the new academic year.This vibrant school is located closely to local transport links and youll be based in a building with fantastic facilities within a friendly and supportive department. The team is committed to providing staff with high quality support and professional development.What skills and experience were looking forCandidates must be able to teach across the ability and age range, supporting the development of History to the highest standards for all pupils at Key Stages 3 and 4.The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified teacher (QTS - PGCE, B.Ed, GTP);
  • Bring an unwavering commitment to promoting the highest standards of teaching and learning across the department and the academy;
