Job Description

ERP Business AnalystFolkestone, KentSalary: negotiableVR/02910RWe are looking for an experienced ERP Business Analyst, to join our client for a 6 month full-time contract.Our client has developed an inhouse bespoke ERP solution which bolts onto Sage 200 for the financials. They are now looking for an experienced ERP Business Analyst with an in-depth knowledge of business processes and the technologies surrounding ERP solutions to develop new business models and identify necessary changes.The role will identify gaps in systems and processes and perform the analysis to determine the approach to deliver both in terms of the solution and the position in the iterative delivery of the project.Must have:

  • A proven track record as an ERP business analyst across two or more of the following functions: Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Stock Control, Distribution.
  • Analyse the current business processes and scenarios and recommend solutions to meet the needs
  • Define best practice business processes in ERP system
  • Map the business requirements and processes
  • Identify gaps, issues and workaround solutions
  • Ability to gather and translate functional and non-functional requirements
  • Ability to run events that identify problems and iterate solutions to enhance business requirements.
  • A track record as a business analyst on an ERP project
  • An analytic ability that can work with data to identify patterns, uses judgement to form conclusions that may challenge conventional wisdom, and focuses on the crux of issues to identify high leverage intervention points and strategies
  • Excellent communication with the ability to convey complex and technical business issues to diverse audiences, and projects a highly credible, polished image in presentations and communications
  • A clear understanding of the full-system implementation lifecycle
  • Ability to understand and analyse data using technical approaches including structured query language (SQL)
  • A Business Results-Orientation mindset who seeks to understand the business needs and deliver prompt, efficient, quality service
  • An understanding of user experience and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to influence and negotiate and build consensus with both internal and partner staff
  • Very good communication skills
  • A proactive approach with business focus and drive
  • Fluent English both written and spoken.
