THE COMPLAINT VIGILANCE LEADThe GMG Complaint Vigilance Lead is handling tasks to support quality processes and projects and may lead a minimal complexity project or an appropriate scope project area. This position will carry out data entry, reviews, data analysis, data summaries,make conclusions and develop recommendations and present out to the team in support of current processes and programs. Also drives required investigations and crafts communications back to external partners.THE IDEAL CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will have experience of a similar role within a manufacturing setting and/or a scientific background, such as from FMCG, Medical Device or Pharmaceuticals. They will also have:
  • Universitys degree from an accredited institution in a related field
  • Professional typically with over 3 plus years technical experience and a demonstrated track record
  • Specialist knowledge/expertise: Consumer products, medical device, food, dietary supplements or pharmaceutical complaint handling and vigilance requirements
  • Contributions focused on functional execution elements; needs some direction
