Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service AdministratorLocation: BraintreeSalary: £18,700 - £19,500 depending on experienceTerm: Full Time. Permanent.My client is a very well established and successful firm within a niche market. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to work as part of dynamic, busy team. They offer excellent training and the opportunity to develop within their growing company.The role of Customer Service Administrator:

  • Answering queries and processing orders over the phone
  • Keeping details of calls on the database
  • Actioning amendments on the database
  • Processing requests received by post, phone, email and third party websites
  • Handling customer queries
  • Handling customer payment details securely
  • To be considered for the role of Customer Service Administrator:
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good spelling, grammar and command of English language
  • Aptitude to learn new databases and software packages
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner with the aptitude to handle complaints when required
  • A proactive nature
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and sometimes pressurised environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good team player
  • A willingness to be flexible and carry out extra duties outside normal role
  • Have your own transport due to location
