Job Description

Talent Acquisition PartnerBristol12 month contractHybrid/On-siteAbout the roleYou will join our Emerging Jobs Recruitment Team and report to the Head of Employment UK.The Team source profiles and skills with high strategic value to the long-term ambitions of the business. In simple terms, youll enable the business to meet future challenges and enable growth into emerging markets.What youll be doing as a Talent Acquisition Partner

  • The Team source profiles and skills with high strategic value to the long-term ambitions of the business. In simple terms, youll enable the business to meet future challenges and enable growth into emerging markets.
  • Using a mix of proactive sourcing, talent pooling and pipelining, you will both fill open vacancies while planning for the future to meet the expected needs of the business.
  • The majority of your candidates will not recognise us as a presence in their field, so a key part of your role is to help build Employer Brand.
  • Youll do this by understanding the business needs & challenges, highlighting and communicating our Purpose, Values and Mission, defining and implementing the best strategy to source, attract, interview and select only the most talented people to join thebusiness
  • You will be subject to a BPSS check (including a criminal record check).
This role will involve travel every month or two (possibly with an overnight stay) to support meetings and interviews. Trips will mainly be to our UK sites in Stevenage, Newport, Filton, Broughton and Corsham, but may involve international travel to our otherEuropean sites; Toulouse, Paris, Munich, etc.About you
  • Extensive recruitment experience, ideally from working as a Recruitment Consultant for a Recruitment Agency
  • Some experience of in-house / internal or RPO recruitment
  • Ideally you will have recruited for technical or engineering skills and know what it takes to attract and engage the best people
  • Strong sourcing and attraction skills, both proactive and reactiveproven experience in sourcing difficult-to-find profiles
  • A comprehensive understanding of the labour market, the associated challenges and how to overcome them
