Job Description

Do you have proven Sales experience within the housing sector or estate agency If so, then we would like you to join our team!We are thrilled to have joined forces with Network Homes in October 2023, which now places us as the 6thlargest housing association in the UK. Sovereign and Network Homes have come together as SNG (Sovereign Network Group) – an organisation that takes the best of both and makes it even better.We have an exciting opportunity for a passionateSales Consultantto join SNG, on apermanentbasis.There will be a requirement for travel covering the south and southwest. The role will include a blend of office (which is based inBristol), home and holding viewings.Were looking for someone who can be flexiblewithhoursupto 7.00 pm weekdays and on Saturdays as required.SNGs Sales team is entering a new era, with an ambitious Investment Strategy that targets more homes, and better places, than ever before. Well be delivering some of the best places to live, from large-scale town-centre regeneration to rural exceptionsites, from joint-ventures with the big housebuilders to securing land and building our own self-designed house-types that redefine sector standards for space, light and adaptability.Youll be responsible for helping customers start their next chapter, from shared owners looking for a way into a home ownership, to those customers investing in an open-market property that means their money achieves a greater social purpose. To be successful in this role it is essential you have:

  • Proven sales experience preferably from within Housing Sector/Estate Agency or affordable housing.
  • Strong customer service skills, as you will be required to work with internal and external customers ensuring you deliver what is expected.
  • The drive to deliver sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, self-manage and prioritise your own workload.
You will be required to travel throughout the region and therefore a Full UK Drivers License is a requirement.What you can expect from us
