Job Description

Are you looking for an impactful customer facing sales roleSovereigns Sales team is entering a new era, with an ambitious Investment Strategy that targets more homes, and better places, than ever before.We have a brilliant opportunity for aSales Advisorto join our thriving Sales team where youll make a huge impact for our customers.This role will have a blend of home and office working, but there will be plenty of flexibility.You can be based from either our Bristol or Basingstoke office.Your role asSales Advisorwill be working with our new and existing customers, to provide excellent customer service via a range of channels including telephone, email, SMS and social media, and youll also be responsible for providinga lead management service to our Sales Consultants.The role will include:

  • Providing administrative support for the sales service and direct support to Sales Consultants
  • Building rapport with our customers using open questions to better understand our customers circumstances, needs and whats important to them
  • Collating and maintaining information around availability of our developments and homes using the Customer Relationship Management system and well-known property portals
  • Acting as first point of contact for all customers, ensuring accurate informationand advice is given
What were looking for:Were flexible on the experience youll bring to the role, you will be able to demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills and will thrive from providing an excellent customer service. Youll enjoy working closely with customers and will lookforward to supporting them taking the next step in their lives.You will also be able to demonstrate strong IT skills, including MS packages.What can we offer you
