My client is looking for a Repair F&DT Engineer to join them. This is an exciting and challenging role that requires an in-depth knowledge of F&DT analysis about supporting the repair process defined by AP2433 and M20037. You will have a strong technical background in F&DT and excellent communication skills. In addition, you will be expected to have the capability of attaining a level 2 repair signatory delegation within a specified time period.Role: Repair F&DT EngineerPay: £27.63/hr PAYEContract: Monday- Friday, 35 Hours a week ,12 Months Contract Location: FiltonSkill requirements:You will need a good knowledge of fatigue and damage tolerance assessment and an ability to apply this to metallic repairs to aircraft structures. Fatigue, crack growth and residual strength analyses will be performed to assess repair solutions and you will use Airbus methods and computer programs to ensure that the repair conforms to all relevant airworthiness requirements. A sound knowledge of structures, gained preferably in the aerospace industry, is essential and a good understanding of aircraft production methods and processes would be beneficial.Essential Skills:
