Job Description

Were led by our values and driven by a strong social purpose, placing our customers atthe heart of everything we do.We are looking for an Operations Sales Consultant as Sovereign enters a new era, with an ambitious strategy that targets more homes, and better places.This role will have a blend of home and office working as well as visiting the sale units. Your role as Sales Consultant will be required to deliver excellent customer service working with direct customers, internal and external stakeholders which also includesestate agents, voids teams, legal and Strategic Asset Management through numerous communication channels.We are driven by our social purpose where our customers are at the heart of everything we do.The role will include:

  • Managing the preparation of properties to market through to completion.
  • Building rapport with our internal/external stakeholders as well as customers using open and probing questions.
  • Collecting, updating and maintaining data/documents from internal and external stakeholders
  • Attending site appointments including void specs and completions
  • Contribute to the success of our tenant in situ sale programme.
What were looking for:
  • Were a busy team so empty property void specification, Shared Ownership Financial Assessment criteria calculations and shared ownership completions are all essential experience for this role.
  • You will also be required to demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills and will thrive from providing an excellent customer service.
  • Youll need to enjoy working closely within a small team as well as having the confidence to deal with estate agents and direct customers alike.
  • We are an extremely busy team so property sales experience and an understanding of Section 106, Leasehold, Open Market sales and the conveyancing process are essential experience for this role.
  • You will also be able to demonstrate strong IT skills, including MS packages, and CRM systems.
