We combine our financial and organisational strength, along with funding from government, bankingand capital markets, to maximise our social impact.The roleHousing OfficerWe are delighted to be recruiting a superb 12 Month FTC opportunity for a diligent and driven Housing Officer to join our team covering Gloucester, Cheltenham, Tewksbury and Oxford.This role will combine a mix of agile working from home, out on the field and office workingthere will be a need to be onsite in ourBristol office as required but there will be good flexibility.As Housing Officer, youll use your knowledge and skills to resolve a range of tenancy management challenges including: ASB, tenancy issues and changes, breaches and safeguarding. Youll balance your caseload with projects, aimed at keepingour residents feeling safe and supported.Reporting to the Housing Services Manager, you will need to be an excellent collaborator and communicator. Were looking for a highly skilled professionalwith experience of complex anti-social behaviour, safeguarding and tenancy management. Youll bringwith you a commitment to customer service and a solution-focused approach.To be successful in this role you will have:

  • a proven track record in all aspect of tenancy management such as anti-social behaviour
  • supported vulnerable residents to sustain their tenancies by referring to the right agencies
  • dealt with tenancy breaches
  • experience of prioritising and organising housing cases/risk
  • the ability to be self-motivated and highly organised
