We are currently working hard to achieve “Outstanding” status after being classified as “Good” in our first inspection.SGS College have an exciting opportunity for a Adult Student Experience Administrator at our Filton campus.Reporting to the Adult Planning and Partnership Manager, the Adult Student Experience Administrator will work closely with the manager and curriculum departments to support the learner’s transition from engaging with us to becoming a fully enrolled learner at SGS. With the reasonability of ensuring the learner experiences a high standard of digital communication and overall positive experience when discovering, applying and being enrolled.Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Support the adult online student support function, aiding in the creation and maintenance of the digital processes.
  • Support both learners and curriculum staff with the adult online payment process to ensure it works to provide an efficient customer experience.
  • Support the Marketing team with any suitable press releases to promote the Colleges position within the Adult market.
  • Discover opportunities to enhance the learner’s overall journey and opportunities.
  • Ensure learner monitoring, ILPs, LTDP, progressions and destinations are recorded correctly for reporting and decision-making purposes and explore the learners overall experience of data capture during these processes.
  • Ensure the learners experience a positive enrolment process, providing communication and information as required to learners.
  • Support with the college engagement of adult funding initiatives i.e. Low Wage Pilot. That overall support the learner’s journey/experience.
