Job Description

Administrator role at Sovereign!SovereignWere one of the most active developers of all housing associations in the UK and have a 30-year track record of delivering homes. Our dedicated home ownership team offers a range of affordable homes to buy in various locations through the south and southwest.Our Staircasing and Resales team support our shared ownership residents wishing to buy more shares in their property or looking to sell and move on.AsAdministrator,you will:

  • Provide effective administrative support the Staircasing and Resales team to facilitate the sale of pre-owned shared ownership homes and the purchasing of further equity
  • Produce and maintain correspondence, reports, documents, records, spreadsheets and databases
  • Monitor payments following completions
  • Use the finance system to raise, monitor and close purchase orders
  • Contribute to projects by working collaboratively with others, providing administrative support where required
This role will be based in Bristol, however, will embrace Sovereigns principle of hybrid working, with a blend of home and office working 2 days per weekWhat youll needYou will need to be an excellent collaborator and communicator, and able to demonstrate an understanding of buying processes. Experience within Housing or Property is desirable, but not essentialYoull also possess strong organisation skills, as well as providing a first class customer service ensuring the customer experience is always at the forefront.Ability to carry out multiple tasks and prioritise workload accordinglyWhat youll getYoull be given the opportunity to grow your skills within a role that will bring great satisfaction.
