We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to making a positiveimpact on the educational journey of young learners.Key Responsibilities:- Provide essential support to classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.- Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning and offer additional assistance when required.- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.- Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as necessary.- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and harmonious learning environment.- Uphold school policies and promote a safe and respectful atmosphere for all.Requirements:- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.- Previous experience in a similar role within a primary school setting is essential.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- A passion for education and a genuine desire to support the development of young learners.- Dedication to maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment.- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) on the update service.If you are a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant who is passionate about contributing to the growth and development of primary school students, we would love to hear from you.
