Job Description

Three Bridges Recruitment are currently working with an internationally based organisation in Fife. They place a high emphasis on staff development and creating an inclusive place to work. They are looking for a skilled Payroller to manage the end to endpayroll for the organisation. JobThe role of a Payroller will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
  • Managing comprehensive payroll operations for a workforce of up to 1400 employees in the UK and overseeing a small international payroll
  • Guaranteeing strict adherence to company policies and UK legislation to ensure compliance
  • Handling various payroll tasks including processing starters/leavers, P60s, P11Ds, SSP/SMP, holiday pay, and sick pay
  • Spearheading the development and improvement of systems and processes, fostering collaboration across departments to deliver an efficient and high-quality service to colleagues
  • Upholding financial integrity by maintaining seamless reporting between Payroll and accounting systems, providing both scheduled and customized adhoc reporting, and exercising financial control through monitoring, reconciling, and reporting to relevantauthorities
YouAs a Payroller you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
  • Strong experience processing UK payroll
  • Strong UK payroll legislative knowledge, alongside excellent HMRC knowledge
  • Strong IT literacy skills, proficient in MS Excel (including vlookups & pivot tables)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and work well to deadlines
