• Planning, sourcing and developing a commercial successful range of products
• Bringing innovation into the category by staying close to the external market, industry, and competitors
• Research product landscape to keep current with industry trends and pricing dynamics in the consumer-product-goods space
• Ensuring we have strong marketing plans to support the strategy and promotional activity
• Leading change to support the department in key processes that deliver improved sales performance, increased profits, and support the ongoing strategy
• Become a Beauty category expert, continually developing your knowledge of products, competitors, and market activity to deliver increased performance.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years experience in beauty buying with evidence of successful negotiation in competitive market
• Meticulous attention to detail with a proven track record of delivering results while juggling multiple projects
• Completing regular competitor shops and market research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail is must
• A flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities
