Job Description

NIGHT AIR FREIGHT PRICING ANALYSTAre you looking for a amazing opportunity to join a Global Freight Forwarder within a NIGHT Air Freight Pricing departmentOur client who are a global top 10 Freight Forwarder, are looking for a dynamic Air Freight Pricing Analyst to join their Heathrow operation and support the pricing teams across the UK to keep a high level of customer satisfaction and win new business. Theideal candidate will also be in close contact with overseas offices and agents, supplying quotes and services.Job Duties of a NIGHT Air Freight Pricing Analyst:

  • Assisting colleagues within the team, providing feedback to improve the teams productivity.
  • Liaising with overseas and local offices, assisting with requirements and reporting any discrepancies.
  • A high level of communication in order to communicate effectively with external & internal customers, suppliers and global / local offices.
  • Rate Negotiation.
  • Implementing targets and deadlines within company guidelines.
  • Ensuring all quotation requirements are fulfilled in line with the customers booking instructions.
Candidate Expectations:
  • An outgoing Team Player.
  • A high level of analytic skills.
  • Maintaining data quality, KPI awareness and problem solving.
  • An operational knowledge / background in Air, Ocean or both.
  • Commercial knowledge in exports.
  • A knowledge of pricing negotiation with customers & suppliers.

  • Dangerous Goods Knowledge
More Details:
  • Salary £40,000 per annum
  • Quarterly bonus scheme of £1,250.00 per quarter
  • Shift & Hours: Monday - Friday - 20:00 - 04:00 (Some possible negotiation on start/finish times)
