We are now recruiting for an experienced and commercially minded Air freight exports manager with extensive airfreight knowledge to join the team at my clients Heathrow officeIATA certified and with 9 branches across the UK our client generates a lot of airfreight enquiries and they now need someone to co-ordinate that business, liaise with the airlines, build consoles and turn this division into something specialKey responsibilitiesBuilding & motivating a small team of operational and sales staffAssisting within operations when needed (mainly exports)Client meeting to retain business (new & existing)Profit and loss reportsMonthly management meetingsEnsuring all company standards and procedures are adhered toA proven record within airfreight operations, mainly with exports is essential, and some experience of road and sea freight would be advantageous Commercial awareness and good client and in-house facing skills are desired. RequirementsMin 5 years experience within a similar roleStrong export airfreight experienceCommercial sales experienceExperience overseeing a small teamGood leadership skillsMotivatedYou will have the support from senior management.Reporting to Director level this role would be an excellent career move for an up-and-coming export airfreight manager.Package and Benefits £50,000 CircaBonuses which could easily elevate the earnings to £70k - £80k or moreCar BMW 5 series, Tesla or similar of the persons choice,Pension, mobile and laptop etc Required skills
