If youre looking to take a step up, well teach you everything you need to know.Our unique induction programme ensures that you will be provided with everything you need to succeed in the role and grow with the company. Within your first six weeks with the company, you will spend three weeks at our Store Support Centre in Nuneaton, going through our accreditedproduct-training programme and our Operations Management course. Both of these are design to equip you with all the product knowledge and operational knowhow to equip you to run a Holland & Barrett store. You will then spend another three weeks in one of our amazing stores of excellence, working alongside an experienced Store Manager putting all of your new knowledge into practice, before starting at your very own store.When it comes to specialist health and wellbeing retailers, were number one. The biggest in Europe. Weve over 1,000 stores (and more on the way) in almost every major city and town across the UK and Ireland – not to mention more than 80 stores around the world too.
