Job Description

Role Title - Product ManagerDivision - Banking & Credit ManagementLocation - UK (Ipswich)Reporting to - Head of ChangeSalary - Up to £65,000About our client:Our client are the most influential Mortgage and Commercial Loan lender across all of Europe. They support clients throughout their journey from client enquiry through to funds being released. They are a supergiant in the Property Finance space which isclear as they currently have over €50billion assets under management. They are a youthful, dynamic and forever growing business that have had a massive amount of success and are wanting successful and experienced individuals to join their amazing team!Role PurposeThe purpose of the role is to ensure that business change within our clients business is delivered to meet time, cost and quality requirements. Client engagement throughout the delivery lifecycle, including pre-sales as part of our clients consultative sellingmodel is an important element of the role.Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities

  • Will ensure that requirements are accurately captured, defined and managed through to delivery to meet time cost and quality requirements.
  • Will ensure that project management standards and processes are adhered to.
  • Develop and articulate business cases for and on behalf of the business for proposed changes as required.
  • Ensure impact assessments are completed for new projects to enable demand planning and to inform cost vs benefits.
  • Ensure detailed requirement definition and obtain sign-off of those requirements.
  • Leading the delivery through discovery, requirements capture, design, build, test, deployment and through to warranty.
  • Ensuring that requirements meet functional and non-functional quality criteria.
  • Ensuring that requirements are delivered within agreed cost.
  • Provide clear communications to internal stakeholders and clients on change progress.
