Product Integration Engineer and Trainer £35,000UKWe are currently recruiting for a Product Integration Engineer and Trainerto join our client based in the West Midlands. This is a permanent, home based role offering a competitive salary and fantastic benefits.This is an incredibly important role to the company moving forwards and the ability to work at a fast and changing pace is Key. This role will cover UK and the Americas so there will be international travel monthly.Main Duties of the Product Integration Engineer and Trainer role include:

• Deliver in-time product integration / onboarding and training for clients.
• Build the Software product knowledge and user proficiency for internal and external customers.
• Software configuration for new and existing customers, including (but not limited to) API feeds, user account setup, asset creation, user access rights etc.
• Continuous oversight of all client training for your specific region with a continuous improvement attitude towards the training material for customers internally and externally.

• Trouble shoot and diagnose software related issues utilising other cross-functional teams where necessary to find solutions to customer problems.

To be considered for the role of Product Integration Engineer and Trainer you will have:

• A diverse array of knowledge and experience in a product integration / client onboarding in an international arena
• Good working knowledge of M&E platforms such as, AMOS, STREAM, MXI, TRAX, ULTRAMAIN etc.desirable

• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a multitude of different personalities.
