We are currently seeking an energetic Seasonal Warehouse Operative for a busy distribution depot.ASAP Start until January 2024.Flexibility is vital as you will be working full time hours and either a Saturday or Sunday every week.Shifts are a mix of 06:00-14:00 and 10:00-18:00. You must be able to do both. These are day shifts only.Increased pay for weekend shifts. Increased hourly rate after 12 weeks.You will be responsible for managing and organising the storage and distribution of goods including perishable goods.You will play a key role working as part of the warehouse team. The role will include handling goods from intake through to dispatch, loading and unloading vehicles whilst adhering to health and safety culture on site.You will use state of the art voice equipment to scan and pick products and move stock around.ResponsibilitiesUsing your voice headset, you will be given picking tasks to accurately locate, once validated you will safely transport the product and prepare them for dispatch.
