Job Description

If youre looking for a new Customer Service office based position, working for an interesting business and with a super friendly team then we have a brilliant new opportunity for you.Please find all the details below:Job Title: Customer Service AdvisorSalary: £26,000Location: Faversham, Kent. Office based.Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunchBenefits: 25 days annual leave (very occasional Bank holiday working may be required, a day in lieu would be allocated if required), Contributory Pension scheme, Share Incentive PlanThe day to day responsibilities in your new job would be:

  • Providing excellent Customer service.
  • Building relationships with customers.
  • Monitoring the online ordering system and capturing sales orders received via email and phone.
  • Promptly dealing with and resolving any delivery, service or stock problems and keeping your customers informed.
  • To liaise with the Account Managers, Supply chain and distribution teams.
Youll be the ideal candidate for this role if you have:
  • Customer service experience within an office environment
  • A professional and confident telephone manner
  • Knowledge of SAP based systems would be an advantage
