Job Description

Sales ExecutiveFaversham£25k-£30k Responsibilities:

  • Answer all inbounds sales enquiries within an hour.
  • Manage own diary of enquiries call backs and meetings with clients and suppliers using Salesforce
  • Open questioning and understanding of the clients brief to match them with the correct event.
  • Design bespoke events based on the clients requirements.
  • Source venues and suppliers and negotiate to get accurate packages and competitive pricing.
  • Price events accurately to maximise gross profit.
  • Create relevant and targeted proposals for the client.
  • Manage follow up calls and additional support to assist the client and convert leads to sales.
  • Book all suppliers and main outline of event before handing to the Event planning team and assist planning where needed.
  • Assist with the maintenance of relationships of existing clients where needed.
  • Contribute to new event development, relationships with new and existing suppliers and keep all information recorded and updated in the relevant places.
  • Assist the wider team and management with projects that contribute the overall wellbeing of the company.
  • Possible assistance event managing and attending key events when required.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in sales
  • Great team player with a good sense of humour!
  • Excellent communicator face to face, over the phone and via email
  • Well presented
  • Must have a flexible and proactive approach
